Brewing Instructions:
One generous teaspoon of dried herbs per cup of almost boiling water. For maximum benefit let this blend steep, covered, for at least 10 minutes or overnight.
Store in a sealed container in a dry and dark location.
Do not use if you are breastfeeding (mint may contribute to diminished milk supply). This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
